Abbey is the newest addition to the pack. She was born 4/1/04 and akc registered as "Flamboyant Explosion", but she has now since been named Abbey. She is a 53 lb. Brindle Boxer who is been spade and micro-chipped. She was abondoned and pick up by the Houston SPCA and slated for being put down until the Houston Safehouse group snagged her up. The owners were contacted but never returned any calls or attempts to get her back. The lady did however contact Safehouse to giver them soem specifics on her which is how we found out her registered name and birth date. She promised to forward the Safehouse group her papers, but we'll see.
Abbey immediately blended in with the pack and although she is the youngest of the pack, she is the largest. Duncan (our red Min Pin) has claimed her as his new toy. Abbey so far is as gentle as Sophie.
